Terms of Service
The agreement between you and TsGoTouch when you buy or use a MultiPerson licence. Plain wording on purpose — if a clause here is unclear, ask us before you buy.
1. Who this agreement is with
These terms are between you and TsGoTouch, the operator of tsgotouch.com and the MultiPerson licence service. By buying a licence, activating a key, or using MultiPerson, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not activate a key.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a time-limited licence to use MultiPerson on one device. You are not buying the software itself, and you are not buying a subscription that renews — each term is a separate purchase.
- A key binds to the first device it is activated on, and cannot be moved to another device afterwards.
- The term begins when the key is activated, not when it is bought.
- Terms are fixed lengths: 30, 90, 180 or 365 days according to the plan bought.
- The licence is personal to you and may not be resold, sublicensed or transferred.
3. Devices we provision
MultiPerson is supplied on a device we prepare. Where we supply hardware, the arrangement for that hardware — price, condition and delivery — is agreed separately with you; these terms cover the software licence, not the sale of a handset.
4. What you are responsible for
- Your Apple IDs. You supply and control every Apple ID used on the device. You are responsible for complying with Apple's own terms for those accounts, and for anything done with them. We do not create, supply, manage or have access to your Apple IDs.
- Lawful use. You are responsible for using MultiPerson lawfully where you are. Isolation is not anonymity, and nothing here is an assurance that a given use is legal in your jurisdiction.
- Your account and keys. Keep your account password and your licence keys to yourself. Anyone with a key can activate it, and an activated key cannot be reclaimed.
- Your data. Keep your own backups. We hold no copy of anything on your device and cannot recover it.
5. Jailbreaking
MultiPerson requires a jailbroken iPhone. You should understand what that means before you buy:
- Jailbreaking is likely to void Apple's warranty and any AppleCare coverage on the device.
- A jailbroken device does not receive iOS updates in the normal way, and updating may remove the jailbreak and with it MultiPerson.
- A jailbroken device has a weaker security posture than a stock one. That is inherent to jailbreaking, not something MultiPerson introduces or can undo.
Choosing to run a jailbroken device is your decision and your risk.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Copy, clone or redistribute a licensed device image in order to use one key on more than one device.
- Reverse-engineer, patch or circumvent the licence check, or help anyone else to.
- Resell, rent or sublicense MultiPerson or its keys.
- Use MultiPerson to commit fraud, to impersonate another person, or for any unlawful purpose.
7. Suspension and revocation
We may revoke a key, and with it the licence, if it is used in breach of section 6 — in particular where our clone detection shows one licensed device image running on multiple devices. Where the breach is plausibly a mistake, we will contact you before revoking. Revocation for abuse is not refundable.
Payment is made in cryptocurrency, which is irreversible once settled. There is consequently no chargeback mechanism, and nothing in these terms depends on one.
8. Availability
The licence service is needed to activate a key and to re-check a lease. We aim to keep it available but do not offer a service-level guarantee. MultiPerson is designed so that a service outage does not immediately stop your device working: an activated licence keeps functioning offline for up to 14 days, and never less than 7.
9. No warranty
MultiPerson is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and no warranty that it will work with any specific app, Apple service, or future version of iOS. Apple may change iOS or its services at any time in ways that break behaviour MultiPerson depends on.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with MultiPerson is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence the claim relates to. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost accounts, device damage, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Ending the agreement
Your licence ends when its term expires, or earlier if it is revoked under section 7. When a licence ends, MultiPerson returns the device to Primary and refuses to switch to other Persons. It does not delete your data: everything stays on the device and becomes reachable again when a new key is activated.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you activate a key is the one that governs that licence for its term; changes take effect for licences bought afterwards. Material changes are noted by the date at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
