Refund Policy
Short version: licence keys are sold final. There is one exception, and it is the one you would expect — if a key doesn't work because of something we got wrong, we fix it or refund it.
1. All sales are final
A MultiPerson licence key is a digital good. It is generated and delivered to your account the moment your payment confirms, and it cannot be un-delivered. Payment is made in cryptocurrency, which is irreversible once settled — there is no card rail here and therefore no chargeback process to fall back on.
For those two reasons we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for a key you bought and did not use, or for a key you activated on the wrong device.
The mistake that cannot be undone
A key binds permanently to the first device it activates on. Activating a key on the wrong device is not refundable and the key cannot be moved. If you run more than one device, confirm which one you are activating before you enter the key. How activation works.
2. When we do refund
We will replace or refund a key where the fault is ours. In practice that means:
- Your payment confirmed but no key was ever issued to your account.
- A key was issued in a state that cannot activate — for example already marked as bound to a device that was never yours, or already revoked.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- A key was issued for a shorter term than the one you paid for.
In each case our first move is to make it right with a working key, because that is what you actually wanted. If we cannot, we refund.
3. What is not a fault on our side
- Activating a key on a device you did not mean to.
- Buying a licence for hardware MultiPerson does not support. The supported set is iPhone 8 and iPhone X on iOS 15+ with a rootful Palera1n jailbreak, stated on the FAQ and on the home page.
- Losing access to a device, or updating iOS in a way that removes the jailbreak.
- A key expiring unused. The term runs from activation, so an unactivated key does not expire early — but the key's own validity window still applies.
- Revocation for breach of the Terms of Service, including running one licensed device image on multiple devices.
- An App Store or Apple ID problem originating with Apple rather than with MultiPerson.
4. How to raise a claim
Email support@tsgotouch.com within 30 days of the payment, and include:
- The account email you bought under.
- The order, and the payment reference from the checkout.
- What you expected and what happened instead, with the exact error text if there was one.
We answer every claim. If we agree it falls under section 2 we will tell you whether we are replacing or refunding, and do it.
5. How a refund is paid
Refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to an address you give us. Because exchange rates move, we refund the USD amount of your order, converted at the rate at the time the refund is sent — which may be more or less coin than you originally paid. Network fees for the refund transaction come out of the refunded amount. Any key covered by a refund is revoked at the same time.
6. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the law where you live that cannot be signed away — including, in some places, a right to cancel a digital purchase. Nothing in this policy removes those rights. Where they apply, they take precedence over sections 1 and 3.
