Talk to a person.
One channel, read by the people who build MultiPerson. There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.
Write in English. We answer in the order messages arrive, and a well-described problem is usually solved in one reply.
What to include
Nearly every slow support thread is slow because the first message was missing one of these. Sending them up front saves a round trip:
- Device model and iOS version — for example iPhone X on iOS 15.7.
- The MultiPerson version actually running. Not the one you think is installed — read it off the device:
curl -sI http://<device-ip>:8899/ | grep Server - The Person involved, by name — and whether it is Primary.
- What you did, what you expected, what happened instead. Exact error text beats a description of it.
- Your account email, if the question touches a licence key or an order. Never send us the key itself unless we ask.
Never send us these
We will never ask for your Apple ID password, your account password, or a wallet seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us. A licence key is enough to identify an order, and we will ask for it only when we need it.
Check these first
Two problems account for most of what reaches us, and both have answers you can reach faster than we can reply:
- A switch seems stuck. A switch performs a userspace reboot by design and takes roughly 25–45 seconds. That is expected, not a hang. The FAQ explains why.
- A licence won't activate. A key binds to the first device it activates on and cannot be moved afterwards. If a key reports as already bound, it was activated somewhere before. How activation works.
Billing and orders
Your orders, issued keys and their expiry dates all live in your account dashboard at account.tsgotouch.com. If a payment confirmed but no key appeared, send us the order and we will trace it — that is a fault on our side to fix, not something for you to debug.
Before asking about a refund, read the Refund Policy — licence keys are digital goods and are sold on a final-sale basis, with one narrow exception described there.
Security reports
If you have found a vulnerability in MultiPerson or in the licence service, mail the same address with SECURITY in the subject line and we will prioritise it. Please give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before disclosing it publicly.
